For over 15 years, I have worked closely with families as a nanny, housekeeper, and house manager. Those years taught me that a well supported home is about more than getting things done. It is about trust, respect, consistency, and finding the right person for the household.
Reinasance Staffing grew from that experience and from a deeply personal belief: families deserve thoughtful support, and dedicated professionals deserve opportunities where their work is respected and valued.

From the Heart of a Home
For more than 15 years, Reina Lagman has experienced the work of the private home firsthand. As a nanny, housekeeper, and house manager, she has cared for children, prepared meals, organized homes, managed daily routines, and supported families through the many details that keep a household running.
Those years gave her an understanding that cannot come from a résumé alone. Every household has its own rhythm. Every family has different needs. And every professional brings more than skills and experience. They bring personality, values, judgment, and a way of caring for the people around them.
Over time, Reina began to see an opportunity to bring those two sides together more thoughtfully: families looking for someone they can trust, and dedicated professionals looking for homes where their work will be appreciated.
That understanding became the beginning of Reinasance Staffing.

How Reinasance Was Born
The name Reinasance was created by Reina herself and brings together three pieces of her story.
Reina, her own name, meaning queen. Renaissance, renewal, growth, and a new beginning. And Staffing, the work of connecting people with opportunities where they can make a meaningful difference.
Together, they became Reinasance Staffing: a name representing Reina's own new chapter and her vision for an agency built on experience, care, respect, and human connection.
Reinasance is being built from the ground up, not from a history of placements, but from more than 15 years of firsthand experience inside the homes and lives this agency hopes to serve.
