Why Reinasance Meets Candidates and Families Personally
Understanding the people behind each placement is at the heart of how we work.
There is only so much a form can tell you about a person. A list of qualifications describes what someone has done, but it rarely captures how they move through a morning, how they speak about the people they have cared for, or what they are quietly looking for in the next chapter of their working life.
That is why personal conversations with candidates and families will be central to the Reinasance approach. Reinasance Staffing is a new agency, and we are building our practice around this simple belief from the very beginning: every placement should start with a genuine conversation.
When we meet candidates, we will ask about routines and experience, of course, but we will also listen for the things that do not appear on a page. Communication style, expectations, temperament, and the household values that shape how someone works all help us understand the person behind the résumé.
When we meet families, we will want to understand the kind of home they are trying to build, the rhythm of their days, and the qualities that will help a new person truly belong. Compatibility, in our view, is something you begin to understand by talking with people, not by reading about them.
Every household is different, and every candidate is different, and we will never pretend that a single process fits them all. Personal conversations are how we will make space for those differences. It will let us notice the small details that shape whether a placement will feel natural, and it will give both the family and the candidate a chance to ask their own questions and form their own impressions.
None of this means that every meeting will lead to a placement, or that a perfect match is guaranteed by the fact of a conversation. It simply means that we would rather understand the people involved than rely on paperwork alone. A placement is, after all, a relationship, and relationships begin with knowing one another.
We also see these meetings as a mark of respect, for the families who will invite us into their lives, and for the professionals who will trust us with their next role. Taking the time to meet is how we will honour that trust.
