Preparing for Your First Reinasance Interview
Simple guidance to help candidates present their experience, availability, expectations and personality confidently and professionally.

Your first conversation with Reinasance is not a test to be passed or a performance to be perfected. It is the beginning of a thoughtful process of getting to know one another, and a little preparation helps you show your experience and personality with confidence.
Begin with your story. Be ready to speak plainly about the roles you have held, the households you have supported, and what you learned from each. You need not list every task; a few clear examples of how you handled responsibility, solved a problem, or supported a family through a difficult stretch tell far more than a long list.
Think about availability before we meet. Knowing the hours you can work, whether you are open to live-in or live-out arrangements, and any boundaries that matter to you allows the conversation to move quickly toward opportunities that genuinely fit. Honesty here protects you from a match that looks right on paper but feels wrong in practice.
Consider your expectations as well. The kind of household you hope to join, the responsibilities you want to take on, and the compensation you need are all reasonable things to discuss. A good match is built on shared understanding, not on guesswork.
Come with questions of your own. Asking about the families Reinasance hopes to serve, how we approach matching, and what support we offer shows that you are thinking about the relationship in both directions. It also helps you decide whether the work is right for you.
Present yourself the way you would on a good day in a home: calm, attentive, and respectful. Neat, simple dress and a few minutes of quiet before the conversation begins are often enough. You are not being measured against an ideal; you are being understood as a person.
Above all, be honest. If there is a gap in your experience, a preference you are firm about, or something you are still learning, say so. As a new agency, we are building our community of families and caregivers one thoughtful conversation at a time, and we would rather know the real you than a polished version. The goal is a placement that lasts, and that only happens when both sides begin with the truth. We look forward to learning more about you.
